How to use router in a authentication protected LAN network?

Hi people,
I have a TP-LINK N-Nano router( http://www.tp-link.com/en/products/details/cat-9_TL-WR702N.html) and I want to use it as a wireless hotspot to connect my iPad and Mobile wirelessly. My college provides us with a LAN connection which is 802.1X EAP-PEAP(MSCHAPv2) protected(check attached photo). I have my username and password to authenticate my LAN connection when I connect my mac to it. How do I use that LAN connection to create hotspot using my router device.
Thanks in advance.
