Tl-wr740n sytem led off, no internet connection whatsoever w/ router
Model :
Hardware Version : Not Clear
Firmware Version :
ISP :
I have this router for almost five years now, and this afternoon I lost internet connection when using my router both through cable and wifi ( my devices cant recognize my router either ), when I unplug the ethernet cable from my router and plug directly from the modem to my computer the internet works just fine. What I noticed : the system led light on my router is not blinking nor stays on. It just flashes when I boot the router, the only lights that stays on are the power, LAN and WAN.What I have tried : soft reboot ( by turning the router off for 30 seconds and turning it back on), and using the reset button on the back and tried to use the cd that comes with it to set it up from the scratch, when I try to use the ip ( 192.168.1.1) to open the setup page it also doesnt work.I honestly think that my router died, I am no computer expert by any chance, so technical terms that are not explained I might not get it.Thanks in advance, cheers
