Poor LAN speed using AV1200

Hello,I bought a AV1200 kit and when I try to transfer a 30GB file between two computers via the network (basically one computer is conneted to a switch which is connected to one AV1200 and the other computer is connected directly to the other AV1200) and the transfer speed is a pathetic 2.50MB/sWhat am I doing wrong ??Thanks for any help
