Can I use my phone internet into router via USB then connect TV via wifi to router?Really am novice and just want to do this over holidaysThanks

In short; no, you can't. Routers receive wired internet signal through ethernet, not USB.
If what you wanted to do is to connect your TV wirelessly to the internet, and your phone is capable of sharing its connection, then use your phone's hotspot and connect your TV directly to it.
Simply put; a phone with hotspot capabilities is a router of sorts. No need to connect another device to it to share its internet with your devices.
