You may try the way below:
1. Connect a computer to the router with an Ethernet cable, make sure the computer get internet from the router.
Open a browser, type in 192.168.0.1 or 192.168.1.1 into the address bar, login with admin/admin.
Under Wireless-->Wireless Security on the left menu, you can find the current wireless password.
2. If no computer can connect to the router with an Ethernet cable but there is PC connected to router's wireless, you can find the password in this way:

3. If the worst thing happens, no any connection to the router. Reset the router by pressing the reset hole on the back of the router about 10 seconds until all lights flashing.
Then you can connect to TP-link wifi with the default wireless password on the bottom label, which is 8 numbers.
