Problem Port Forward WR841N [Pictures and details atached]

Hello,
I just bought an TP-Link WR841N. Although, i had this ugly problem from CD with Checking network status, i succeded connecting to the internet from browser. The internet cable from pillar (outside ) goes into this device Huawey EchoLifeHG865 and from there into my router and then the cable comes into my router (TP-Link) . The connection, is good, there is no setup problem here.
My problem:
I can not open ports:
What i tried:
1) Open cmd->ipconfig -Repember IPV4/Default GateWay
2)Login into TP->Forwarding->Add port>Save-Check via Canyouseeme/yougetsignal-No port open
3)Set up my ip static
4)Try to disable /enable windows firewall or enable/disable DMZ(no succes. Atm DMZ is disabled)
Before i had a belkin router and i had no problem in opening ports. What Am i doing wrong here? Any help/tips are welcome.

I tried opening random ports / port in range from 38000-38200, ports like 4444,5454 and so on.
Today i checked on portforward.com tutorial for my router, well without succes. So i downloaded this program " Simple port forwarding". I tried to open ports but without luck so i enabled DMZ to see if any change apperas. Suddenly, My ports look open in software, but not on canyouseeme.org /yougetsignal.com. Picture atached
Note: Ip was not set as static when i was doing this.
Any ideas?
