Hardware Version : Not Clear

Firmware Version :

ISP :

My WDR4300 router disconnects all devices at the same time each night, when i try to connect again it says sign is required and directs us to our internet providers web page.
I have verified i have the latest version of the firmware TL-WDR4300_V1_150518.

The only way i can get the internet back working is to plug my router back in, connect to internet then reconnect the WDR4300.

Ive tried changing the channels as advised by TP Link but still the same, i just used the quick set up guide to set it up, there is no parental controls set up.

I have fiber optic

Any ideas on how to overcome this, sorry if my description is vague.

what mode is 4300's WAN port working as? what is the detail issue phenomenon. when your devices lost connection, has the WIFI icon missed?
why not go to wireless statistic to check if your devices were still connected on. besides, both 2.4G and 5G have the same trouble? how about wired connection?
your description is a little vague, it's hard to tell.
