Hi. I have NDAS device (IOCELL 351UNE) and I have problem with working on TP-LINK Archer C2. Last version of firmware was installed on router. I tried also the other router (Asus RT-N10U), there is all ok. NDAS works perfectly.
Is here any person, who knows the solution? Is problem with configuration of router or any bug in firmware?

Connection by USB working very well.

Problem is in ethernet connection. Basic shema: NDAS - router - my PC. All communication is on ethernet without wi-fi.
The lights are shining all time on NDAS on ethernet socket. Yellow and orange are shining without flashing.
Original software on my PC detects the NDAS and try make connection. Everything look good, disk is connected, bud isn't in system. After one minute software says "Connection unstable." and one moment after that "connection lost".

Connection by USB after this unsuccessful connection says, that problem is on device and must repair it.

Everything is ok on Asus router, I tried it.

Cable between devices is original or made own?

Cables are original. I tried also change cable between NDAS and my internet WAN. Internet is working on this cable ok.

Go to DHCP List to check if C2 has assigned an IP for your NDAS, when the connection lost, check it again.
did you try setting static IP for the NDAS?

Device is not in DHCP Clients List.
I tried also the Binding Settings. I have MAC address of my disk, it is in properties in device manager on Windows.
Problem is still there.

Software says, device is online.
I click to mount this device.
Software says, mounted.
On My computer is new HDD. In Computer Management is new HDD device "NDAS WDC WD30EFX-68E SCSI Disk Device".
But this disk looks like not formated disk. And after 10 second "Device is unstable". And "Device is disconnected."
