Do you have public IP address on the router? Can you show us status tab?

public ip i m not aware of it, i only know abt dynamic and static and i have dynamic one.

You have private IP address, why is your redirection isn't working

i dont know sir can u elaborate pls,
i hav a word with my isp they dont even know abt port forwarding but expect one guy who just suggested me to get a static ip ?
will it solve problem ?

The same address would have to be on the router.

You have to ask your ISP about public IP service. Now you have a private IP on WAN port.

if i take static ip, will it solve this concern about same ip.

Public IP address will solve your problem with port redirect. Never mind is the type of address (static or dynamic).
