archer c8 usb3 doesn't see raid1 2TB(normally 4tb) harddisk

I bought just Archer c8. I connect my WD my book duo to usb2 port. There is no problem. After then I connnect it usb3 port. USB led on modem on but it doesn't see the disk!
I tried some other external disks and memory stick, all of them less then 1TB ; there is no problem with usb3 port. But it doesn't see my WD disk.
WD disk is 4 TB after raid 1 it can be used as 2TB.
last firmware of C8 relaesed 20150515. nearly 5 months ego. Tp-Link can solve this problem I think.
