5ghz band not showing in wifi

Firmware Version : Archer D7 v1 Firmware 0.9.1 1.1 v002d.0 Build 1508
ISP : EE - orange

Some help would be welcome.
I get a few issues with this new modem router.
Harware :Archer D7 v1 00000000
Firmware version : 0.9.1 1.1 v002d.0 Build 150824 Rel.40904n
AC 5ghz band not showing on WiFi (able to connect on the 2.4ghz band)
no devices faulty as :
we are able to connect with an other dual band router on the AC 5ghz band
WiFi analytics tool showing no signal on the 5ghz channel from the archer D7.
error message :
error code : 7501
invalid wireless settings
