C7 Won't Install

Got a new C7 and it won't install. Windows 10. Wired. I get about 3/4 of the way through the easy set-up and then get an error message to check my connections and router number. If I type the link in my browser, about 8 times out of 10 it won't find it - if it does find it it soon quits on me. Anyone else have problems with Win 10?
I have internet for sure - modem straight to computer works fine.
