TD-W8691ND V3 - After a while wireless devices do not see each other, web admin doesn't load

Firmware Version : Updated to the latest version available

I have a TD-W8691ND V3 device, and I've updated it to the latest firmware.
Each time I restart my router, for a few minutes (sometimes hours) my wireless MacBook Pro and iPhone can see each other and ping works. But then, they cannot ping or see each other, only see my PC which is connected by cable. Around the same time, web admin fails to load (either times out, or connection gets reseted).
There is no setting for AP Isolation or Client Isolation in the admin, so this is not the problem.
What can I do to fix?
