[TL-WR841hp]Ping hiccup after enforcing bandwidth control

Hello mates,
I just bought a new router recently (TL-841WR841HP) and the signal was quite good to begin with. I'm getting 5Mbps of bandwidth from my ISP and what I normally do is playing online game called Dota2. The line is being shared with 3 people including myself. Sometimes either one of them will be using p2p software for streaming purposes. What I did is basically do an IP reservation for my PC, and then allocate huge bandwidth for myself whenever I'm playing the game. Here's basically the setting and what I get when pinging dota2 server(nearest to my location), assuming another is using p2p software.I'm using wireless connection by the way.
Engress: 1024kbps
Igress: 4096kbps
(Rules being applied only when I'm starting to play the game)
Rules 1: 192.168.0.100 (which is me)
Egress: 512 (min) 1024 (max)
Ingress: 2048 (min) 4096 (max)
Rules 2: 192.168.0.101-199 (other devices)
Egress: 128 (min) 256 (max)
Ingress: 256 (min) 512 (max)
Ping to dota2 server result:
15ms,20ms, 15ms, 1028ms, 15ms, 15ms, 20ms, 498ms, 15ms, 56ms, 15ms,67ms, 998ms.. and the cycle continues..
What I realized is that the hiccup is consistent and only happen when other is using p2p software for streaming. So i rule out my network card problem.
I starting to doubt the capability of my router in term of controlling bandwidth and what's more interesting is I tried to set the egress and ingress to 0 and 0 yet my iPad (which is being controlled by rule number 2), still can access the net and load videos.
Any experience lads who can share out some experience or maybe, overcome this issue? I tried to find solution over the web but I couldn't find any. Should I flash my router despite its still new? Thanks in advances!
Regards,
annoyed user

My TL-WR841HP 3.15.2 Build 141116 Rel.44929n (Unifi Version) without ISP connected yet, try to ping the TL-WR841HP and the ping very high with just one device connected. So I can said that the device itself got something wrong or the firmware. But if I switch back to my old modem, everything works fine.

I am using TL-WR841HP past 4 months and I very disappoint about this router because when I ping any website reply time is high more than 80ms.
My opinion to new buyers dont purchase this router.
I attaching my ping reply see this.

TP-LINK today owes me a firmware with the correction of bandwidth control for my WR841HP!
THAN BETA.
Another problem is that I have seen several inexpensive routers that support AP-Virtual and my TP-Link does not support, it is a shame!

The firmware only work for (UN) not (MY) unfortunately. Currently still dealing with the support to get the latest firmware that works with Unifi.

I am disappointed with this product TP-LINK and I have the error PING and control does not work broadband and that they sent me a beta but still does not work. I'll reconfigure the computer and leave it as I came to request the return of my team because even I have Garancia, I hope it works after that if I do not become a hater of TPLINK

Hi , see the results of Haresh ping . I think there are three reasons : one is the signal provided by unstable suppliers , two of your router is your signal problem, three is the line from the network to your router fails. You should call the technical examination from supply to your router then check the wifi signal is said to be the cause . thank you.
