Hi TP-Link Team,

I just bought AC1750 RE450 model with SGD149. As instruction I tried to set up by WPS but I can connect to 2.4G only. My router is work on dual-band.
Then I tried to connect by Ethernet and set up. I can connect both 2.4G and 5G.

But the problem is after i finish using for a day I off the power and next day after switch on I can't find my RE-450 on either my pc wifi list or my mobile.
Please kindly suggest what should I do.

Your main router is still working? How about status of all lights on RE450? Wired connection to it works or not?
If you restart the router and RE450, does it help?

@Vivian Even i have the same issue. I have tried factory reset multiple times, but no luck. I am unable to see it in the Wireless Network list as well as in my mobile phone.

Request you to help in this regard

@soloking Was this issue resolved? This range extender seems very unstable. The Tether app says the connection to the router is excellent but I have to reset TPLink re just about every night because it forgets the password.
