Dear Support,

We are running Windows XP and have just upgraded to your TG-3269 network adapter card. The old network was running at 100 mbps, we want to upgrad to 1,000 mbps. After replacing the card, and upgrading the driver we find we are still running at 100mbps. We have also tried replacing the network cables, i.e. CAT5. We still only get 100mbps.
What can we do? We have checked under properties, device, and find that there is no conflict with drivers.

LAN ports of your router are gigabit ports?
Can you provide brand and model number of it?

I have the same problem. I installed the TG-3269 in a Windows 10 machine and I can only transfer files at 10 to 11 MBs, the network is all 1GB. I've tried replacing the cable, and I've tested other 1GB equipment on the switch and it tests fine (70 to 80MB/s). Its defaulting to a windows driver, and it won't let me replace it with the windows 8 driver.
