Every time I have a power outage I have to setup wifi networks. I know it's probably something simple. Thanks

If you just power off the router and power it back on, do Wi-Fi name and password go back to factory defaults?
Except Wi-Fi settings, have to done any other settings?
Can you connect power adapter to a socket with surge protector feature?
Firmware of your C7 is up to date, right?
