Modem stop working, all lights ON but no internet connection
Model : TD-W8961ND
Hardware Version : V3
Firmware Version :
ISP : Arnet
First off all hi and thanks for the help.
Like a week ago, my modem TP Link TD W8961ND has stopped working. All the lights are on, minus the wifi.
I cannot acces to the administrator panel and internet don't work, this figure in my windows like "limited".
i tried to do a factory reset but the modem don't respond to the buttons, only to the "on/off" buttons.
So what can this be?
