WDN4800 Lag spike since Windows 10

Since i installed Windows 10 My TL-WDN4800 have big lag spike pinging the router.
I already have windows 8.1 driver (latest).
I cannot play any games or stream without lagging.
Here an ping example :
Pinging 192.168.2.1 with 32 bytes of data:
