Hello there,
I am from Guwahati, Assam. I brought TD-W8968 about 45 days ago from Flipkart.com.
It was working good but suddenly yesterday the WiFi has stopped working. I tried to restart the modem and also restore it to the factory setting but its still not working. The WiFi LED is not blinking only. Its showing Enable at the web interface but in the device its disable. I searched for local retailer in Guwahati, Assam but could not find it. I even called the Flipkart.com for help but they has only given the customer care number of TP Link (18002094168) . So what should be done as i am under the warranty period.

So the WiFi button at the back of TD-W8968 is already switched on, right?
If yes, you can try to reset the modem. After that, if the WiFi light is still off and you cannot see its wireless network, I think your modem may have hardware issue.
And you can contact with the shop where you buy this modem from and ask for warranty.
