Firmware is up to date?
Describe Wi-Fi connectivity issue in details. When connection drops, how about status of wireless network connection? Can you reconnect? Normally how do you make it connect again?

Hi Vivian,

By WIFI connectivity drop, I mean that the system stays connected to router but the internet does not work.\
To reconnect again to router, I need to disconnect and reconnect every time the internet stops working,

Hi Vivian,

I have mentioned the firmware in my previous post.
By WIFI connectivity issue, I mean that system displays connected to router but the internet does not work.
In case of connection drop, the wireless network connection displays yellow triangular mark on it.
Yes, I can reconnect and to reconnect, I need to disconnect and connect again.
Also, this is not issue with ISP, as when i connect using LAN cable the internet works absolutely fine.

You find the right place of firmware version but what you provided is not right.
http://www.tp-link.com/en/faq-315.html

Upgrade the latest firmware(150105).
http://www.tp-link.com/en/download/TL-WR740N_V4.html#Firmware

Try channel width 20MHz.

Hi Vivian,

Sorry for delay in reply.
As mentioned, I have upgraded the firmware to latest version.
I will test this and let you know in another couple of days.

After firmware upgrade, did you reset the router to factory defaults and reconfigure it?
You tried channel width 20MHz as well?
If it won't help, ask for a replacement under warranty.

After firmware upgrade, I had rebooted the router. Yes, currently the channel bandwidth is set to 20MHz.
I will perform factory reset and then will try again.

Also having this issue

Have a WR841N V8 running the latest firmware and channel width set to 20 Mhz.

Periodically lose internet connection on all WiFi devices, but not on wired. If I bring up the admin page and toggle WiFi MAC Filtering (make sure your system is in the list) connection comes back. Any ideas how to eliminate the issue?
