C7 V2 Installation problems. please help!

Ok, during the installation of my Archer C7 AC1750 v2 everything goes fine except one part that I've seen on both tplinklogin.net and using the default disk.
When trying to set up the router with the website after the quick installation everything goes to plan but the router cannot connect and every time it fails it will just quickly refresh the page and try again.
When trying to set up the router with the disk that came with the package, the whole installation goes through except for the final part when it's verifying the routes settings, the verification will fail and not let me continue.
If anyone can tell me why this is happening and how i can fix it I'd be more than grateful.
