TD-W8980 - Unable to Enable Port Forwarding (NAT)

Hello
Recently I've purchased an ADS Modem Router (TP-LINK RD-W8980) & I'm trying to setup Port Forwarding for my IP Camera.
My ISP provider is Wind Hellas (former Tellas) & I'm register to No-Ip.Org in order to succesfuly resolve my external IP address.
Above settings -regarding no-ip.org- are properly set up in my TD-W8980, connection is success and verified.
According to my ISP provider my connection type should be either PPPoE or PPPoA.
Setting one of the above connection types, I succesfuly establish an Internet Connection.
Using the TD-W8980 internal function "Port Forwarding" I created a new virtual server which has all the required settings:
, as well as
e.g 6100, 192.168.1.82, 2000. Of course, IP Camera is set to use local port 2000.
After all the above I tried to see if Port forwarding is working, unfortunately without success!
Steps to debug:
1. Reset TD-W8980 & Re-cheked Port Foarding settings -> OK
2. Verified if Dynamic DNS of no-ip.org is working (e.g using http://www.webyield.net/ip/index.php) -> OK
3. Opened TD-W8980 manual & found the option "Enable NAT"
4. Return to TD-W8980 settings/administration page & tried to locate above feature
That feature ("Enable NAT") Doesn't exist at all!
The only way to view that feature is to use the Dynamic IP (IPoE Dynamic IP) connection type which isn't acceptable by my ISP!
Tried to find out which ports in my router are open (e.g. http://ping.eu/, http://centralops.net/co/Ping.aspx & http://www.t1shopper.com/tools/port-scan/)
and found out that they are all close!. Checked my router firewall & show that they are all disabled (IPv4 & IPv6).
Question #1: Why cannot view/set feature "Enable NAT" under connection types PPPoE & PPPoA, as manual indicates?
Question #2: How should I succesfuly activate Port Forwarding?
Thanks in advance for your reply
