Hi,
Does anybody know how to configure vlan id of 10 that is needed for Internet service on SingTel Fiber? VLAN ID of 20 for Mio IPTV works fine, but the latest firmware only allows 16-4095 and keeps prompting for an error if vlan id 10 is keyed in.

Archer C7 V2 support vlan id 10?

I am from Auckland, New Zealand. I just got a archer c7 and got it plug into my ONT. I also tried to set the VLAN id to 10 but realise it has a range of 16-4095. Please advise if its possible or not

Thanks for the tip. I had alook and i do have that option already. The question was, why can't i set it to 10. the range says from 16 to 4000 something.

Thank you - I will do that. Also, to answer the previous question, yes before updating everything was ok. I had to update as the previous firmware has a CSRF security bug and the DNS keeps getting changed. Getting a lot of ads being injected and possibly other types of MITM attacks.

UPDATE: The beta provided allows vlan ID 10 and works great. Thank you Support Team. :)
