[Archer C7 Malaysia] Request/Pressure for firmware update to support Tether App

Firmware Version : 3.13.34 Build 140704 Rel.40470n
ISP : Telekom Malaysia - Unifi
We Malaysian owners of Archer C7 have an issue where the latest firmware (140704), which is also the last, that supports connectivity to Unifi and Maxis fiber service is not compatible with the Tether App.
In order to use the Tether App, we have to flash to the latest international firmware which breaks Unifi and Maxis service and IPTV, in return making it utterly useless.
I hope TP-Link can work on a Tether-App-compatible firmware for us here and deliver the promise of a mobile app to manage the router. I have two of them and being a convert from D***k, I expect the mobile app to be working as advertised.

I also have a C7 ,from I know the newest firmware for archer C7 added a IPTV function , if you indeed want to use tether , maybe you can flash C7 to Archer C7_V2_150427 and go to IPTV function and set like below then go to wan setting and choose pppoe and filling in your username and password for unifi then did a test whether it work or not.

I updated to the latest international version.
I setup PPPOE settings accordingly and followed your settings above and everything works!
