Region : Sweden

Model : TL-PA2010

Hardware Version : V1

Firmware Version : 1.2

ISP : Any

I have a pair of AV200 Connected to a router and a computer in another room. Works perfect.
I am trying to add a third adapter in another room

I have followed instructions but the third adapter will not connect. Even tried to do the connect using the same power outlet in the room where the
router and "main" adapter is located. I tried pushing the connect button on the new adapter only and also pushing the connect button on all 3 adapters.
The third adapter will not connect. The 2 original adapters have not lost the connection while trying various procedures.
On the working pair all 3 indicators is working. On the new one the middle indicator is dark

Is it possible to download a utility to test the adapters and/or update firmware?

Please advice

You didn't mention model number of your device. But download it in the link as below. It should work.
