TL-WR940N - Non existant support

The 'Contact Us' page of TP link returns an error.
The 'Search' page of TP link returns an error.
Email sent to TP link remains unanswered.
In short, first and last product from them.
I'm the unhappy owner of a TL-WR940N.
I bought it to replace an older router which happens to be more reliable...
The range sucks.
When using it with airplay, devices disconnect regularly, requiring a router restart. Not happening with my other router.
When connecting a fairly large number of devices (8-9), it also requires its daily reboot, otherwise some devices drop in and out of connection
I have the Hardware V2, and the latest firmware I could find.
Has anyone experienced similar problems? (with the router I mean, not with the non existent customer service).
