It could be related to how Windows 11 handles USB devices compared to Windows 10. This issue can arise due to several factors;
Here are some steps to troubleshoot and potentially resolve the issue:
1. Ensure the chipset drivers on the HP ZBook are up to date. You can do this through the HP Support Assistant or by visiting the HP website.
2. Go to Device Manager, find your USB hubs (under "Universal Serial Bus controllers"), and right-click on each hub to access the properties. Under the "Power Management" tab, uncheck "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power."
3. Try connecting your devices to different ports or using a different USB hub to see if the issue persists.
4. Make sure Windows 11 is fully updated. Sometimes, Microsoft releases fixes for compatibility issues in newer versions of Windows.
5. If possible, test your UH700 on another Windows 11 machine to see if the issue is replicated.
