Firmware Version : 3.16.29 Build 20150122 Rel.64222n

Hi,
New C9 purchased yesterday. I set it up last night . Then upgraded the firmware to the latest version. Firmware successfully updated and the router configuration restored. Everything looked great.
My wired devices can connect to the Internet, whereas my wireless devices (iOS devices) cannot connect to the Internet BUT are connected to the router's wireless network. I tried everything; restored router to factory setting, rebooted every device under the sun several times. The problem persists
Any advice would be much appreciated...

On your wireless devices, can you login web interface of C9 with
http://192.168.0.1?
If you reset the router, did you reconfigure Wi-Fi name and password?
Can you forget the Wi-Fi network on iOS devices and reconnect to your network with the password?

So strange...Maybe it is a DNS issue... Can you ping google.com and ping 8.8.8.8?
Can you disable Wi-Fi security and try if it works?
On Status page of C9, there is WAN IP address, right?

@Ziadk In case you need further suggestions...I like to add my advice here
The problem should be caused by inappropriate security settings. The best solution is to set a whole new SSID and use WPA2-PSK/AES encryption.
