Can't Factory Reset My Device

The only light that turn on on my device, after 3 months of use, is the power light. I can't connect to the device, or access the configuration site using a cable. If i try to factory reset, nothing happens. I'm expecting for the lights to blink and then reconfigure as i've done on my first time. Any thoughts?
