Hi
I've configured WDS function on TPLINK TL740N. The other router is TPLINK TL-WDR4300. The 4300 is the main router with internet connection. I live in an area where there frequent power cuts. Everytime after power is back the TPLINK TL740N says that it doesn't have connection to internet and anything device connected also cannot connect to internet. I've tried upgrading firmware and I've done the reset and enable WDS function many times but I couldn't find a proper solution.
Can anybody help?

After power cut-off, you have to reconfigure WR740N to access internet? Did you try to restart it to see if it works?
The main router still works after power cut-off?
Did you fix a channel for 2.4GHz Wi-Fi of WDR4300 and use the same channel when configuring WR740N?

Hi Tony,
Its patchy, sometimes I have to reconfigure and other times it just works. I have tried restarting but it doesn't help. Yes the main router works perfectly.
Yes I've fixed a channel.

The firmware on both is the latest.

thanks for your help.

I doubt your WR740N has a problem...
