ISP : Plusnet

The inetrnet light shows connected, the wifi allows me to connect to the router but I don't have any internet access, any idea what settings I've got wrong?

On web interface of D2---Status page, there is WAN IP address?
Go to Diagnostic and test internet browsing. What does it show?
When you try to open a webpage, what's the error message? Can you ping google.com or 8.8.8.8 on your PC successfully?

If you can ping 8.8.8.8 but google.com, it should be DNS issue.
On DHCP Server---DHCP Settins page, change primary DNS to 8.8.8.8 and Save to see if it works.

Having spent a whole evening trying and failing to get this thing to configure correctly and work I reset the unit and tried the auto config again and this time it worked. I have no idea why it didn't auto-config the first time and I'm not sure what is different about the working setup and what was a non-working setup. The upshot is it's working now but deep down I know there's something odd here I just don't have the will to spend my time trying to track it down.
