I have 6 Deco X55's running as a Mesh Access point for my home network. I recently toggled off the 5Ghz Band to install some IOT that were refusing to connect. Now, when I go to switch the 5Ghz Band back on, the toggle is missing and the Network shows as 2.4Ghz Band only. 

 

I have looked on the Web interface but that only shows the 5Ghz as Disabled with no option to re-enable it. I've tried a soft reset of the Deco's and I tried changing the SSID so that it was different from the source Router, all to no avail. I really don't want to Factory Reset because I have a huge IOT presence and repairing it takes days. 

 

Any other ideas anyone has would be gratefully received

Please also send a screenshot that "the 5GHz toggle is missing and the Network shows as 2.4GHz Band only. "

By the way, there is a new 1.6.7 beta ready for Deco X50/Deco X55_V1, and it is also recommended to install the 1.6.7 here to see whether it helped:

Thank you for your reply. I have emailed the logs as suggested and will await the response. 

 

My App Version is 3.9.23

 

I am unable to get a screenshot of the missing toggle as the app has security preventing screenshot of that particular view. 

 

I will try the Beta firmware when I get home this evening.
