ISP :

The manual mentions that MAC filtering is disabled, how to enable it and use it for extender network? I am using latest firmware available and no luck.

What is your goal?

Do not want some devices to connect to the RE200? This model has no MAC filtering function. Don't know whether it will support MAC filtering in the future.
