Firmware Version : 3.17.38 Build 140613 Rel.55867n

ISP : FiberCorp

Hi, I have a complete WLAN infrastructure composed by:

Main Router: TL-WR1043ND v2 (FW: 3.17.38 Build 140613 Rel.55867n)
Sales Repeater: TL-WA901ND v3 Universal Repeater (FW: 3.16.9 Build 141030 Rel.47420n)
Factory Repeater: WA7210N v2 Repeater Distance Setting Indoor (FW: 3.19.0 Build 140730 Rel.58003n)
Printer1 Adapter: WR702N 1.0 Client Mode (FW: 4.18.102 Build 141203 Rel.61146n)

The issue I'm facing is that if I reboot the main router (TL-WR1043ND v2), none of the other repeaters/clients reconnect to the main router automatically through WiFi, I have to reboot all other repeaters/clients to regain access to the main router and be connected to the internet.

Please need some advise on fixing this.

Thanks!

Hi,

Are you using a fixed channel?

Hi HiSpeed, The main router has AUTO selection channel enabled, should I set it to a fixed channel?

Yes, a repeater must use the same channel...

Ok, I have set up main router on channel 6, but the other repeaters/clients won't let me set the channel. Hope this change in main router solves the issue.

Will let you know how it goes.

Thanks for the advise!
