How do I set the outgoing DNS lookup ip address? 


I tried to set it up but the closes i could find was was under "Network" and "Lan" settings, but that did not seem right to me, because I thought the DNS entry would be somewhere else and the IP address does not match what is displayed. 

 

 


Below diagram shows where I can find the dns lookup ip address but no place to edit it.

Yeah, for outgoing DNS it’s usually under Network > Internet or WAN settings, not LAN. That threw me off the first time too Read more.
