Can this acting as an AP?

As stated on the box my model is TD-W8961n and on this forum drop down button list only stated TD-W8961nd and TD-W8961nb. After went through the manual came along in device box, shown that this model can acting as Access Point. So I planned to add this device to join current Office networking to be acting as AP, could anyone guide me or share some idea to realize this objective. I did searching to get some ideas but no to avail. :confused::(
