Deco X50 Whit Security + Subscription whit parental control no traffic and hours
Hi, I have three Deco X50 units. I purchased the Security+ and Parental Control subscription. It shows that the service is active, but I’m not seeing any information about traffic — no apps, no usage time per device, nothing.
I’ve created a profile and assigned all devices to it, but still, no data is showing.
Also, how can I delete an Intrusion Detection alert? I have one alert that I’d like to remove, but I can’t find any option to do so.
Additionally, I previously reported that L2TP/IPSec is not connecting — it just stays stuck on “Connecting” with no progress, and I haven’t received any response from support.
The deco is connected directly to internet and gets public ip no CGNAT
Today, I also noticed that QoS stopped working — no scenes are in use, and despite resetting all the Deco units and reconfiguring everything from scratch, the issue persists.
On top of that, DoH and DoT DNS options also do not work — when enabled, none of the devices can access the internet at all.
How can these issues be fixed? I’m paying for Security+ and Parental Control, but the features aren’t working as expected.
