System description of network name, Password, device name

I bought PA20110 kit, am reading user manual, but do not understand clearly some terms.
First, for pairing, only Pair button plays a role or some other parameters, like network name, password ?
In other words how the AES key is composed ?
What exactly is network name, just a description of "my" network, does it need to be the same on all adapters. Mine is showing Unknown, shall it be a default one ( HomePlugAV ) when the adapter is shipped from the factory ?
What about password, is this something derived from pairing through pair button, or something else ? It looks like I can modify the password for the other adapter seen in Network tab, but not for the one I am connected to through Ethernet ( Status tab ).
The same for device name. I suppose device name is just a description, nothing else, is this correct ?
If I buy another PA20110 kit, can I have more adapters ( more than two ) in one LAN ( broadcast domain ) ? If yes how many max and how do I pair them ?
What is the stable ( does not need to be the most recent one ) firmware version ?
If someone understands these boxes system-wise appreciate your answers. Of course if there is a link to a system kind of manual this would be great to get it as user manual is focused on clicking.
