Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.2.10 Build 20241105 Rel. 40010

Once Daylight savings ended, users were disconnected an hour early.

 

I checked the system time on the Deco X50, and it had adjusted correctly to Pacific, Wellington timezone.

 

To resolve the issue, I changed the TZ to Australia, Sydney and then changed it back to Pacific, Wellington.

This wold seem to be a bug in the firmware, which needs to be fixed.

Hi, Thank you very much for the feedback.

I believe the issue is not firmware-related. The Daylight Saving Time mechanism has already been updated in the Cloud Server for all Deco models. There was hardly any feedback about Daylight saving time in the past year.

 

I'll pay more attention to the community replies within this week to see whether there might be similar feedback.

Had a similar issue here in UK. Can see the system time automatically updated but my kids internet access was delayed by an hour. The only way I resolved it was to delete the bedtime settings and recreate them

Hi, can I have the model number and firmware version of your Deco?

The DST started about three weeks ago in the UK. Did your parental control issue start recently?
