Disney + Authentication Failure

Hi all,
I have 2 BE65 beacons connected to a fiber modem with turned off Wifi
Since approx 2 Weeks its not possible to acces Disney + via a hardwired Smart TV connection to one of my beacons.
Netflix, Youtube, e.t.c works properly.
Any attempt to access Disney + via another device via Wifi also only leads to an error.
For example if you try to create a new disney account via cell phone it only gives back "Pls enter an valid email adress".
If you connect any device via cell phone hot spot its no problem. So it cant be the devices.
If I connect a PC or the smart TV directly to the fiber modem it works properly. So it cant be a provider network problem.
Changing DNS settings to a public adress don t changes the problem.
Weird thing is that it seemed to work properly until some weeks ago.
Nothings blocked.
I worked mysel through the forum already, thats why I tried to change the DNS.
But otherwise I found no clou for my problem where I can exclude the devices and the ISP for sure.
Anybody any support or ideas on this.
Kind regs

Hi, welcome to the community.
Have you tried to set Deco BE65 into Access point mode?
If it is under Router mode now, did you subscribe to "Security +"?
It is also recommended to check whether it might be blocked by "Web Protection".
By the way, would there be any chance you can share a screenshot of the authentication error?
I also notice you are on the 1.1.1 version. There is a newer firmware 1.1.7 for Deco BE65/63_v2. If you're interested, it is also suggested to test the 1.1.7 to see whether it helps:
Enhancing Satellite Deco Network Stability with Deco BE11000/BE63_V2.6_1.1.7
Wait for your reply.
Best regards.

Hi David.
Thx for the fast response.
Setting to AP doesn t changed anything
The error message of the TV is as follows
But direct plugged to the cable modem or via cell phone its no problem.
I don t have Security+ or Web protection enabled.
And I made a mistake with the model. Its a BE85.
But I don t know if there is a big difference regarding the firmware.
Best regards
Georg

Addition
Upgrading manually to 1.1.3 also didn t change anything.
I connect via cell phone . It works. I connect via my mesh network. It goes to the error message.
And via the cell phone it would also be impossible to create a new disey account.
Which works via the cell phone service provider and also if I swich on the Wifi of the cable modem.
And identification on other services like Netflix or youtube works properly.
But I don t get the clue what or how is filtered by the SW of the router.
And how it comes. Because my settings did not changed.
Thankful for any options

Hi, I am also having this issue!
I have 3 X55 Decos and for the past month I've been getting errors when trying to access Disney+ on WiFi.
Tonight I factory reset all 3 and tested Disney on the router and Disney works. As soon as I connect to Decos it's back to being blocked and error messages.
My settings are on router mode, IPv6 is disabled. Not sure what else to try really.

UPDATE:
Switching to Access Point mode fixed it.

Hi, Thanks for the update.
Can I have the current firmware version of your Deco X55?
Would there be any changes to the network in the past few weeks?
Best regards.

Hi, you try to give a short reply to the support ticket #TKID250417467.
I'm not sure if the engineer needs anything else, but you are welcome to add any details you haven't mentioned here but thought might be relevant to the Disney Authentication issue.
Thank you very much and best regards.
