Model: Deco X20
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.5.3

Hi, i have 11 decos in my house, most of them inside the house, 3 of them exterior decos, i have bought around 12 tp link tapo cameras, some exteriors some for inside too and i made a lot of testing because they weren't functioning well with plenty of lag and poor signals, not because of poor wifi, maybe some filter on deco that I doesn't know about that doesn't let them work well. I tried on other internet source and worked much much better but on deco i cant find a 100% stable conection and im hoping you can suggest something i can do to still use "wifi router default".

i already put all of them on priority, on a "guest" network with only 2.4 ghz, disabled firewalls on the internet provider. Sometimes they go offline too on the deco app, not the camera itself. I have on total around 70 to 80 active online cliente, most of them are shelly, phones tablets, tvs. I already reset all the cameras and my decos too. I have one xiaomi camera with zero problems. Please help

  @FMBDEM

Hi, welcome to the community.

As there are 11 Decos, are they all Deco X20_v1_1.5.3?

Did they join the Mesh system by WiFi or Ethernet cables?

--If possible, it is suggested to connect some of them via Ethernet cables as 12 Deco units would be a little overloaded:

How many Deco units can I add to my Deco mesh network?

By the way, how long have you had the Deco X20?

Did you set Deco into Access Point mode?  As in AP mode, it doesn't have any filter rules or firewall settings

Thank you very much and best regards.

  @FMBDEM Are they all 2.4Ghz? If so, I had the same issues. A custom firmware they had to work around (but not completely fix) helped a lot, though new firmware seems to have broken that again. It does seem that many 2.4ghz devices and several decos all running on the same 2.4ghz channel does not play well together.
