Hi I've been having this problem for a while but recently I upgraded our internet from 100mbps to 250mbps virgin media.

When I'm connected to virgin my speeds are 250mbps but when connected to the x60 it's never any better than 125mbps on any devices connected.

Now this morning I was having problems streaming discovery plus so thought I'd check the speed and it was down to 8mbps where a speed test on virgin showed the full 250mbps. 

Diesel anyone know what's going on.

Hi, Thank you very much for the feedback.

Have you checked the Ethernet speed from the Deco X60? Is it as unstable as the WiFi network?

It is also suggested to temporarily disable the 2.4GHz band and leave the 5GHz only to see whether the wireless speed gets improved.

 

Here are some other suggestions for your reference:

1. Make sure the QoS is disabled or set to 250Mbps download/upload.

2. As VM is also a DHCP router, it is recommended to set Deco into Access Point mode: How to set up Deco to work in Access Point mode
