My EU units popped up and showed a firmware update a few days back. It'd been a few months at least since the engineer put version 1.2.12 on them, a beta fw, which helped massively with the 2.4ghz channel issues when you have multiple dec units. But, last couple days, since the update, my units seem to have regressed. Cameras offline again. Lots and lots of dropped device emails because network devices are dropping off. Just like I had in the old days, before the beta fw fix.

So, the question is, did this latest fw update regress those fixes?  It looks like it so far. I have done a channel optimisation a couple of times, but it has not helped so far.  Is it safe to downgrade to the 1.2.12 again?  I'd really thought that after so many complaints on this forum etc., and a known fix, this new fw would at least incorporate that fix from the old fw version.

How do I specify different 2.4ghz channels for my units. At the moment, as I understand it, the optimser/default is for all units to have the same channel, and this is the root cause of the issue.

Thanks for any advice.
