MAC M2 refuses to recognise adapter

Hello! My Mac M2 device is refusing to recognise the adapter's existence, and the driver does not work, with it continuing to say that there is an installer error. I have tried to use a Github installer instead, however it still doesn't work. If it helps, my mac's OS is 15.3.1 (24D70). Does anybody have any advice on what to do?

Did you try to install the corresponding driver from the official website?
