Hi,
I have two Archer AX55 routers. I would like to connect them using easymesh technology, i.e. one router is the main one and the other is a repeater but has the same SSID. Due to the large distances, I would like the Archer AX55 acting as a repeater to have an Ethernet internet source, i.e. using Backhaul. Is such a connection possible? I am looking for information, but I have confusing information.

Thanks in advance.

BR

This connection is possible - here's  this guide for configuring.

Keep in mind that if the AX55s are out of their wireless range (due to a long distance between them) the satellite device may fall back to AP mode - details.

Hi@abi_abi,

Thank you for reporting your need to our community.

As terziyski said, the Archer AX55 supports creating easymesh via Ethernet backhaul. It is recommended that you could update firmware to latest version before you update firmware.
