1.Try channel 1, 6, 11. channel width 20MHz
2. WPA2-PSK/AES for security
These home routers is capable for only 10~12 clients as per my experience. They are easily interfered by other Wi-Fi signals, so try another channel may be better.

I have some similar issue

I have 4 routers covering a full floor at my job, but in random sequence one or two of them gets blocked to be accesed (to connect) by wifi, but it remains full working thru ethernet ports.
It fails after minutes, other times some hours or even days but the system fails at some point.
I have made a separation of channels (1-6-13), forced the bandwith to 20 Mhz (losing n mode in this configuration scheme), each router connect to another router (with a racked switch) running DHCP and internet access, each router has a separeted LAN address: 192.168.10.xxx / 192.168.20.xxx / 192.168.30.xxx etc. and runs it's own dhcp to clients.
Anyone with an idea of what is happening? Maybe its a bug of the firmware or hardware limitation?
Thanks in advance!
