Connectivity problems TL-WPA2220
Region : Argentina
Model : TL-WPA281
Hardware Version : V1
Firmware Version :
ISP :
Hi All,
I'm having some annoying connectivity issues with the WPA2220 ( I have two).
My setup is the following
Main Modem/Router (SagemCom F@st 5340 TFN)
\ Powerline Base
\\ Powerline Extender 1
\\ Powerline Extender 2
DHCP config
IPV4 Pool start:192.168.1.30
IPV4 Pool end: 192.168.1.100
IPTV Pool Start: 192.168.1.240
IPTV Pool End: 192.1168.1.255
All devices connecter to the extenders lose connectivity frequently, through wireless or through wired connection. I suspect the extenders are conflcting with the IPTVs (one of the extenders was getting the 192.168.1.249) and when they can't get an IP none of the devices connectec to them can. The strange thing is that the IPV4 DHCP pool is separated from the IPTV one, so the extenders should be assigned inside that range. I also tried assigning a static IP for them (192.168.1.6 and 192.168.1.7) but I had the problem again and when I checked the extender had the same IP as before (192.168.1.249). I've seen that the extenders have an IpAddress config at the control panel (Network/Ipaddress) does this field does something that affects the static IP?
If anyone has a clue how to solve this, let me know.
Cheers,
Daniel
