Hi, welcome to our community.

May I confirm your model is Archer AX1800 or Archer VX1800v? They are different types of products.
If it is Archer AX1800, you may follow the guide to troubleshoot:  What should I do if I cannot access the internet through Wi-Fi router?

If it is Archer VX1800v, you may follow this guide: How to set up TP-Link DSL modem router on web management page

It is also suggested to contact local technical hotline for direct help.
