Hi@bradmoss,
If you are experiencing issues with your devices only can detect 2.4G, or 5G, please follow the troubleshooting steps below:
For 6GHz network:
1. Make sure the 6GHz network is enabled and not hidden, you may check this on the Tether APP > More > Wi-Fi Settings.
2. Make sure your client device supports 6GHz Wi-Fi, drivers and system are all up to date.
3. Make sure you are using the Router and the client device in a country that allows Wi-Fi 6E/7 operation, if your Router and client device are not purchased from the same country, Wi-Fi 6E operation might not be available.
You could refer to this article for more detailed instructions: https://community.tp-link.com/en/home/forum/topic/574418
Please confirm whether 6GHz is available in your local area: https://www.wi-fi.org/regulations-enabling-6-ghz-wi-fi
Note: The client devices need to support 6GHz, and you can check with the phone/computer’s manufacturer.

@Joseph-TP The Country I am currently in is not on he list, but has the Wifi 6e approved!!
Tell me how does the Router recognizes the Country it is working in and how it decides it has approved or not the band??
And then it decides based on that information not to broadcast the 6 Ghz signal ??
But it was based on the wrong information!
Thank you!

Hi@bradmoss,
I understand your eagerness to use 6Ghz, and I hope to try my best to give you the most appropriate solution.
If your region has clearly approved the use of wifi 6E, you may refer to the suggestions I provided last time to troubleshoot and tell me what the result is?
If you want to change the channel to a channel approved by your region, here are the relevant instructions:
